On the 26th of March 2020, the Thai Prime Minister imposed a state of Emergency Decree regarding the Coronavirus outbreak in Thailand. We made the difficult but necessary decision to temporarily close. This is a very worrying time as we rely solely on visitors for our revenue to fund the food and care for our elephants.  Month to month, we are managing to stay afloat through the generous donations from our amazing supporters.

'I would like to say a huge THANK YOU for all the wonderful donations we have received to date. Tree Tops simply wouldn't be here right now without YOUR support.

  • It costs US$ 30 per day to feed and care for each of our 7 beautiful elephants

  • We buy 2 trucks of pineapple grass a day. 1 truck costs 1,400 Baht (US$ 45, GBP 34)

  • We buy 1,600 bunches of bananas a month. 1 bunch is 10 Baht =  16,000 Baht (US$ 500, GBP 400)

We also purchase additional supplementary food to make nutritious rice balls for our gorgeous 70 year old elephant, Nam Sook. And, on top of this, we must cover medical supplies and veterinary care.

If you could spare a donation of any amount you will be directly helping us to feed and care for Nam Gaew, Fah Sai, Tong Tip, Lam Poon, Nam Phet, Boon Song, and Nam Sook who now live peacefully roaming our reserve.

I've received so many kind and beautiful messages of support which really do mean so much to us all here at Tree Tops.

Hoping you are safe and well,

Love Louise xx

Tree Tops Phuket

From our CEO Mr Wallop P. Luengdhama (Joe)

I would like to thank everybody who visited and supported Tree Tops since we opened in October 2019. Thank you also for the kind donations up until now. We are now in urgent need of funding to continue to feed our seven elephants whilst the world recovers from Covid-19 and tourism returns to Phuket. Please could I ask you to help us at this difficult time. We use all money raised to directly feed and support our elephants.

Thank you again for your help and for loving elephants like myself and my team do.

We hope to see you at Tree Tops in the future.

Warm regards

Wallop P. Luengdhama (Joe)
