On the 26th of March 2020, the Thai Prime Minister imposed a state of Emergency Decree regarding the Coronavirus outbreak in Thailand. We made the difficult but necessary decision to temporarily close. To ensure the safety of our staff we have not re-opened since then. It has been a worrying time as we rely solely on visitors for our revenue to fund the food and care for our elephants.  Month to month, we are managing to stay afloat only through the generous donations from our amazing supporters.

  • It costs US$ 30 per day to feed and care for each of our 10 beautiful elephants

  • We buy 2 trucks of pineapple grass a day. 1 truck costs 1,400 Baht (US$ 45, GBP 34)

  • We buy 1,600 bunches of bananas a month. 1 bunch is 10 Baht =  16,000 Baht (US$ 500, GBP 400)

We also purchase additional supplementary food to make nutritious rice balls for our elephants, and we must also cover all medical supplies and veterinary care.

If you could spare a donation of any amount you will be directly helping us to feed and care for all our elephants here at Tree Tops who now live peacefully roaming our reserve.

We hope you come to visit us when travel resumes.

Keep safe and well

Love Louise xx

Tree Tops Phuket

From our CEO Mr Wallop P. Luengdhama (Joe)

I would like to thank everybody who visited and supported Tree Tops since we opened in October 2019. Thank you also for the kind donations up until now. We are constant urgent need for funding whilst the world recovers from Covid-19 and tourism returns to Phuket. Please could I ask you to help us at this difficult time. We use all money raised to directly feed and support our elephants.

Thank you again for your help and for loving elephants like myself and my team do.

We hope to see you at Tree Tops in the future.

Warm regards

Wallop P. Luengdhama (Joe)
